Quick, reassuring answers so you can book Casa Dreamy with confidence and enjoy a relaxed stay in Zihuatanejo.

: Check-in is anytime after 3pm. Check-out is 11am. You can always contact by WhatsApp about earlier check in's or later check outs and we will try to accommodate. Early or late luggage storage is available as well.
: YES, each floor has stairs in order to access the rooms. Even the "first" floor has a total of 16 stairs (rooms 1 & 2). The second floor rooms (4, 5 & 6) have a total of 31 stairs. Unfortunately, no elevator.
: NO. Currently only one studio (Room #4) features a private balcony. Room #2 has a shared balcony with one other room. Let us know if you prefer one these room options, and we’ll do our best to match you.
: NO. There is currently not a washer nor dryer on the premises. But there is a laundry mat next door that charges $30 mxn per kilo to wash and dry. They usually can finish in the same day.
: No. But each room is equipped with a kitchen, dual electric burner and a full size fridge. There are also many delicious breakfast spots and cafes within a 1–5 minute walk from Casa Dreamy, plus the central market nearby.
: Absolutely. The rooftop terrace is shared and open to all guests for sunset/sunrise views and relaxation. Just be noted that the stairs going to the rooftop are steep and spiral - but very, very sturdy.
: YES. There is an option for room service at an additional cost. *Towels can be replaced every 3 nights upon request.
: Yes, there is free street parking on a first-come, first-served basis. There is usually parking available within a short walking distance of the apartment.
: Yes. Please reach out on WhatsApp for more information about long-term rentals.
: We are located about 20 minutes away from the airport by car. Let us know if you need assistance with airport transport and we can help with that. As far as public transportation, we are super close to a taxi station as well as multiple "combi" stops (the public small buses).
